Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy:

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Please review the Exceptions section for more details.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, contact us at info@winginittx.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • We do not accept returns on gift cards.
  • Due to the nature of our products, returns on food items are not accepted, even if unopened. Please refer to the Refunds section for details on handling issues with food items.

Exchanges:

If a product is deemed damaged upon our inspection, we will send a replacement item.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
