Ingredients:
2 Salmon Filets
1 Cup of Winginit Mango Habanero Sauce
2 Tb of Chimichurri
2 Tb of Butter
2 Tb of Cayenne
2 Tb of Paprika
1 Garlic Clove
Salt to taste

Salt to taste
Directions:
1/2 a cup of the Winginit sauce and the spices will be used to marinate the filets. On the stove top, and 1/2 cup of water and cook your chimichurri, butter and the rest of the mango habanero sauce and stir on medium heat until the most of the water is boiled out. And then add your filets and the rest of the marinade to the the pan. Cook until the butter and sauce condense together and baste onto the top of the filets. Flip filets roughly every two or so minutes. Once you sauce mixture has thickened up in your basting process, place the filets onto a baking pan and cook at 400° until 145° internal temp. (Roughly 15-20 minutes in the oven)
Garnish with lemon, it brings out some of the citrus flavors of the mango and the of the habanero.
